My Year 2023 Calendar

Over the past couple years, I've noticed that what I care about has changed dramatically. I prioritize exercise, healthy eating, sleeping enough, and creating. I also deeply value mindfulness and intention, and I created a calendar as an ode to that: a reminder that each day should be lived fully.

I hope this motivates you to fill your days with mindfulness and intention. For each month of the year, this calendar has

• focus words and a quote
• empty space for your thoughts, ideas, drawings, etc
• space for you to jot down your affirmations and goals for the month
• space for you to reflect on how the month went, and any learnings (or unlearnings!)

This was a true labor of love and I hope I have the honor to adorn your space. I'm excited to see how you crush 2023, your way. 🤍
